Terms and Conditions 

1. The transport service is not responsible for damage, loss, or spoilage caused by leakage, shortage, breakage, rain, or weather. The consignor (sender) or consignee (receiver) is responsible for proper packaging.
2. The transport service will send goods as soon as possible, usually in one batch, or based on their convenience.
3. Goods will only be delivered after all charges have been paid by the consignor or consignee.
4. Goods will be delivered only to the transport service's warehouse at the destination, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
5. Consignee must collect the goods within 3 days of their arrival at the destination. If not, a daily storage fee (demurrage) of ₹10 per quintal or ₹5 per package will apply.
6. The transport service is not responsible for delays or losses during transit due to accidents, strikes, or any other events beyond their control, including vehicle breakdowns or their consequences.
7. Once goods have been delivered and a pod signed, no further claims will be accepted for any reason.
8. If GST officials incorrectly assess the goods, the transport service will not be responsible for any claims or penalties.
9. If there is any difference between the actual weight and the weight stated on the goods receipt, an additional 50% of the freight charge for that difference will be collected at the destination.
10. If goods do not arrive at the destination within one month, the consignor or consignee must inform the transport service by registered letter. Otherwise, the transport service will not be responsible for any claims or legal action.
11. If goods are not collected within one month, the transport service has the right to sell them in a public auction to recover their dues. Any shortage will be proven to the consignor or consignee.
12. If the consignor or consignee wants their goods covered against fire and theft, they must insure the goods themselves.
13. Any disputes regarding this goods receipt will be resolved under ROHTAK jurisdiction. 
14. The consignor or consignee is responsible for illegal goods.
15. In remote areas where the truck cannot reach, the customer must arrange to collect the goods from the furthest accessible point and pay the full freight charge to the driver.
16. If the value of the goods is above ₹1001, Goods must be insured. Otherwise, the transport service will not be responsible for any claims.
17. The transport service is not responsible for loss or damage to goods caused by breakage, evaporation, theft, road and weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil and physical disturbances, explosions, fire, accidents involving the transport vehicle, or fire at the storage warehouse.
18. The transport service is not responsible if the consignment is transported in a truck not belonging to them, and the owner cannot claim damages from the transporter.
19. The transport service will not take any responsibility after 30 days from the booking date.
